You can’t do it all by yourself. It is theoretically possible for you to engineer all of the above for your child with a series of playdates, group activities with other parents, and lessons at home? Yes. But realistically, it will be difficult for you to do so, at least to the level a high-quality Pre-K program can, without making it your full-time job and finding a group of like-minded parents with children of the same age. If that is not possible, your child may lose these opportunities. And even if it is possible, you may lose your sanity! (As you know, when it comes to kids, full-time literally means full-time.)
